Billing

I bill by the day and half-day for all services, plus a flat-rate option for mixing, and by the hour for auxiliary services and tweaks. I bill the lowest rate that applies, and my clients always get an excellent value.

Compensation for full productions is based on the anticipated amount of time or work required to complete your project, and on factors like transportation or travel, lodging, and per diems for out-of-town.

My rates cover my services and technical resources at my studio, and my services at commercial studios. They do not apply to auxiliary expenses like session musician fees, equipment rental, consumables (sticks, picks, heads, strings) commercial studio fees, staff engineer rates, etc.
